Job Title:Assistant Credit Manager (successor to Credit Manager)
Location:Peoria, Arizona (on-site, WFH 1 day a week if desired)
Compensation:Up to $92K base bonus DOE
The Kostelic Agency, in an exclusive partnership with an apparel manufacturer in Peoria, Arizona, is excited to announce a job opportunity for an Assistant Credit Manager who will be a successor to the Credit Manager.

About the Role:
Set up of all new accounts, manage daily order release, and make high level decisions based on financial criteria, manage department when Director is out.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Set up and process of all new accounts and manage documents associated with each.
- Review and update existing accounts to grant lines of credit and approve orders, including credit card orders with a pre-auth process.
- Monitor orders for various reasons on Credit review and release if applicable
- Maintain a retirement program for pay out at year end.
- Upload new account data once weekly to ACT.
- Create daily reports and upload to various sites.
- Maintain and update sales rep information for AX, includes creation of sales rep numbers and sample accounts.
- Assist the Director of Credit with some budgeting issues at the appropriate time.
- Assist the Director of Credit with all aspects of the credit services department and handle back up when people are out.
- Handle additional duties as the position evolves or as assigned.
- ACH check approvals and vendor forms
- Sales tax back up and handling.
- Collections at times.
