Position Summary:

OB Technicians assist with the direct day-to-day care of patients and families. Participates with the Nurse Manager, Nurse Supervisor, and OB Educator in continuous performance improvement. Provides care specific to ages and developmental needs of patients.

Age specific groups are identified as: infant, pediatric, adolescent, and adult.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High School or GED

· Graduate of a Nursing Assistant program

· Basic life support or acquire within introductory period.

· Skilled at understanding and applying patient population specific needs,
