Position: Lead Sign Installation Technician

Compensation: $28 per hour (based on experience), overtime, annual performance-based raises and bonuses, 401(k), paid time off. Opportunity for advancement.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead Sign Installers are responsible for assuring all signage is installed professionally, accurately, and safely.

- Completing smaller solo installations.

- Ensuring all projects and service calls are completed to company quality standards.

- Identifying and correcting signage that doesn’t meet quality standards.

- Diagnose and solve problems during installation and service calls.

- Training junior installers on techniques to improve quality, safety, and time.

- Operating in a polite, courteous, and safe manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience in sign installation or related field.

- High school diploma or GED.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Willing and able to drive and operate heavy vehicles and equipment.

- Work in all weather conditions, confined spaces, and at heights of 60’ .

- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, site maps, safety guidelines, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions to install signs safely and correctly.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Electrical and aerial lift experience.

- Experience operating aerial lift trucks and excavation equipment.

- Possess an OSHA 10/30 certification.
