Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of our facility. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and procedures

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in industrial maintenance is preferred
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Familiarity with logic controllers, low voltage systems, and high voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
