WolfPack Rentals LLC is Hiring an Environmental Project Manager (West Texas) Near Pecos, TX

Description

WolfPack is looking to hire within our Environmental group to lead a team on a variety of oil and gas investigation and remediation projects with oversight from senior managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TCEQ/NMED (or regional) regulatory experience with focus on health and safety. Furthermore, it is essential the candidate exhibits strong attention to detail, possess written and verbal communication abilities, and demonstrate the ability to work independently on a high performing team.

  • Health and Safety Management, including periodic field observation visits.
  • Support Technical report writing and review.
  • Manage Project schedules and regulatory milestones to confirm timely completion of projects.
  • Able to sustain and maintain strong client/agency relationships.
  • Effectively manage scope, schedule, and budget for site investigation/remediation projects.
  • Proficient in advanced analytics for assessing and optimizing project objectives to meet regulatory standards.
  • Coordinating work schedules with Wolfpack Environmental staff and subcontractors.
  • Mentor mid-level project staff
  • Regional travel for field visits.
  • Position requires both office and field work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Geology, or closely related field.
  • Two (2) years Project Management experience and or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
  • Experience using Microsoft office (Excel, word, Outlook).
  • Experience working for clients in the oil and gas market sector.
  • Experience working with state and U.S. Federal Environmental regulatory programs
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER training
  • Position may be subject to pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record screening.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills (bilingual preferred).
