Shift: Monday-Saturday (5:00 am-1:00 pm or 5:00 am-11:00 am)

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher Asst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and education, with a focus on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Conduct assessments to monitor students' progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure each child's individual needs are met
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom
- Incorporate Montessori or other progressive teaching methods into daily lesson plans
- Foster a love of learning through engaging activities and interactive lessons

Skills:
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Ability to create and implement educational lesson plans
- Proficiency in curriculum development and educational best practices
- Knowledge of Montessori or other alternative teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Background in math or tutoring is a plus
