LVNHealthCare Support is actively seeking a LVN to fill an opening with a managed care company in St. Pearland, TX.Daily Responsibilities for LVN:
- Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening
- Perform Point of care testing (including COVID testing)
- Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
- Assess patients during intake
- Take vital signs
- Administer vaccine injections
- Typically the work schedule is 2-3 week days and every other weekend
- Clear and active LVN license in Texas
- Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record
- Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws and perform Point of Care Testing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance
