Midtown Investments LLC is Hiring a Customer Service Rep Near Pearl, MS

Summary: This person will spend 60-75% of time by driving vehicle over established route to deliver, set up and/or pick-up medical equipment and supplies for hospitals, nursing homes and residences in a proficient and timely manner. Responsible for cleaning, repairing and maintaining equipment and organization of local facility by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 * Effectively interacts and communicates in a professional manner with manager and customers via phone or in person and receives orders for delivery, pick-up, discontinuance, maintenance or changes in service

* Ability to identify urgency and set priorities to be able to respond and meet customer needs

* Participate in the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage to customers

* Prepare and transport medical equipment and documentation for delivery 

* Cleans, repairs and maintains equipment and products for consistent placement readiness to CMS standards

* Participates in keeping facility organized and clean

* Perform Quality Control checks of all equipment

* Maintain vehicle appearance to CMS standards

* Must successfully complete all currently designated training programs

* Enter data into online inventory system

* Other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

 * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and prior work experience

* Age 18 or older or 21 years old to operate a company DOT vehicle.

* Must possess a valid drivers license and driving record that meets company standards

* Willingness to travel when needed

* Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of Word Processing software

* Must be willing to work extended work weeks, including nights and weekends

* Demonstrates attention to detail

* Responds promptly to customer needs for service and assistance

* Follows policies and procedures; Supports organization's goals and values

* Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time

* Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions

* Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Includes appropriate people in decision-making process.

* Approaches others in a professional manner; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position

* Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality

* Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly
