Kidshine Pediatric Dental Group, LLC is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near Pearl, HI

KidShine Pediatric Dental & Orthodontics strives to provide safe and comfortable quality dentistry to the children of Hawaii in a fun and friendly environment!

We have been an established pediatric dental practice for over 40 years and we are looking for a team member that wants to grow and be part of something special. Dental office and dental software experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual. "We hire on attitude and not by skill."

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 6 months dental/receptionist experience (preferred but not necessary)
  • Must be a team player
  • Self motivated and carries a team player mentality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Great communication skills

Duties (including but not limited to):

  • Check In & Out Patients
  • Collect & Run Patient Payments
  • Schedule appointments
  • Assist with treatment planning and verifying insurances
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner
  • Return voicemails & emails
  • Navigate through dental software
  • Check emails & voicemails
  • Calling parents to schedule their children's appointments if it's past due
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
  • Other reasonable duties as required or needed

Office Hours:

Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Saturday 7:00am - 1:30pm (every other)

If scheduled to work on a Saturday, you will get a day off during the week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
