Job Description:
- Maintaining a facility, residential or commercial property
- Perform heavy cleaning tasks and documents project work
- Cleaning duties include: carpet cleaning, floor buffing, tripping/waxing and pressure washing
- Equipment used include: broom/dustpan, op/mop bucket, floor buffer, carpet extractor and power washer
- Must have high attention to detail
- Able to work well independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
