Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to develop their skills in recruitment and human resources. As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms and tools to source and attract potential candidates for a variety of roles.
• Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinating Interviews: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Database Management: Update and maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and engage with candidates and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team’s success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
