Responsibilities

• Food Preparation:
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for various dishes as per recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure proper portioning and storage of prepped items.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline food production processes.
• Dishwashing:
• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
• Keep dishwashing area organized and free of clutter.
• Ensure that all dishes meet sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Kitchen Organization:
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Monitor and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and communicate needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Dispose of kitchen waste in accordance with company policies.
• Collaboration with Kitchen Staff:
• Work closely with the kitchen team to support efficient workflow.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and other team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Assist in other kitchen tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
