Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the EH&S program, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Investigate safety incidents and accidents, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees on various EH&S topics.
- Maintain and update safety data sheets (SDS) and other EH&S documentation.
- Oversee the management of hazardous materials and waste.
- Stay abreast of changing environmental regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies.
- Continuously improve the EH&S program through data analysis and program evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar EH&S role.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local EH&S regulations.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage EH&S programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software (a plus).
