Hi there, we’re Article. We’re an online furniture company, renowned for its home delivery experience. As a Warehouse Lead, you will unload containers of boxed furniture, organize the warehouse, and stage outgoing orders for our home delivery trucks.
In addition, you will be using your leadership skills with leading, coaching, and supporting the warehouse team. Why Article? Schedule : Monday- Friday
Shifts : 1st shift 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm AND 2nd shift 12 : 00 pm-8 : 30 pm Location : 400 Park Center Dr. Patterson, CA 95363

What You'll Do
- Leading, coaching, and supporting the warehouse team
- Maintain and report on multiple key performance indicators related to safety and productivity
- Embodying and demonstrating Article’s values and principles in all decision-making and actions
- Picking and packing furniture
- Loading and unloading trucks for deliveries
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Maintaining good housekeeping in work areas
- Processes returned items, cleaning or otherwise preparing them to be returned to stock
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will be fun, a fast learner, able to follow instructions, and reliable and accountable.
- Proven work experience as a lead or above in a warehouse environment
- Warehouse management skills that include cycle counting, loading and unloading containers, scheduling workforce, and replenishment
- Strong PC skills including Google or Microsoft suite proficiency
- A team player who is willing to pitch in and help get the job done
- Resourceful, flexible and enjoys working in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Ability to work independently and have a sense of ownership
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Physically fit to stand to get work done and able to lift up to 50lbs
- Reliable method(s) of transportation
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Completion of : Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test (THC not tested) Criminal background check
- Article participates in E-Verify
