The Wilner group has teamed up with a property management firm based in Southern New Jersey. This company oversees properties across the northeastern region and is currently looking for a Community Manager for their Paterson, NJ location. This is a full-time, contract position with a compensation of $75k annual bonus.

Requirements:

• Maximize gross potential rent and minimize vacancy, including establishing rent concessions, lease parameters, and commission schedules to meet the goals of the property owners.
• Collect rent, adhering to company guidelines applicable to monthly income requirements including, but not limited to: Daily bank deposits, Input accounts receivable (rent checks) into OneSite daily, and Rent increases.
• Responsible for Miscellaneous income accounts, collection accounts, and bad debt write-offs.

Qualifications:

• A college degree is suggested but not required.
• Must have Tax credit, HUD, and DCA experience.
• 2-5 years of previous management experience in property management or related field.
• Real Page or Yardi experience is highly preferred.
