SUMMARY:

The Packaging Associate 1 reports directly to the Production Lead. The Packager works to ensure that production jobs are completed on time, in full, and with the quality standards expected at the company. The Packager executes tasks assigned to them by the Production Lead and/or management with a positive attitude and attention to detail and safety.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Package company goods into finished forms following SOPs and quality standards
• Manufacture company goods in preparation for packaging
• Execute maintenance tasks as assigned\
• Monitor product quality and ensure activities meet the requirements
• Provide input and assistance to the production supervisor
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Organize space, and keep the facility clean
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Abide by the company code of conduct
• Work in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Respect and maintain confidentiality of the office, its records, and restricted information
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED or two years or more of related work experience
