Responsibilities:
- Support the Quality Team with special process audits NADCAP (National Aerospace & Defense Contractor Accreditation Program)
- Collaboration with Engineering regarding customer complaints and product work instruction revisions Skills:
- Oversee the PPAP process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards
- Disposition of customer returned product - Control of Non-conforming Product.
- Disposition of Internal and External Corrective Action Reponses (CAR)
- Analyze RMA data to identify trends and root causes of product failures.
- Communicate with customers regarding RMA status and resolutions.
- QMS internal audits.
