LVGC is Hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager Near Pasadena, TX

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Arizona. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage commercial construction projects, including coordinating resources, scheduling, and budgeting, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements, objectives, and scope.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and potential risks to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth within the project team.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with nationally recognized brands in commercial construction projects.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
