Position Title- Wellness Coordinator
Duration: 3 year contract

Job Description-
Manage communication with all School Board member program ambassadors associated with Grant applications – submission, application review, grant award confirmation and reimbursement requests
Local program status Local program marketing efforts, including the development of written marketing communications
Recordkeeping Tracking of individual BOE’s wellness program spend to approved wellness grant
Marketing the program to new agencies
Assisting participating agencies and brokers, who are new to the program, in their local program design development
Coordinate with vendors contracted with the Fund for program services
Request For Proposal Process – assist Executive Director and Wellness Committee in RFP development, evaluation and vendor vetting to determine the best vendors for Fund members
Manage Wellness Grant Program and Budget
Review all Wellness Grant requests and determine ineligibility and recommend to the Wellness Committee eligibility.
Recommend fair and equitable allocation of approved grant money to eligible members
Present and discuss Wellness Budget with Committee to recommend to Executive Committee
Present to Executive Committee at July SHIF Meeting
Write and send Wellness Program Award Notices
Track spending throughout the year
Lead SHIF Wellness Committee Discussions
Communicate program needs to Wellness Committee Conduct Wellness Committee calls, take minutes and handle take-a-aways
Coordination with other insurance professionals and fund members to advance and increase the program’s participation within the Fund, i.e., brokers..
Assist local program ambassadors with program designs, structures and component support.
Awareness and research of health concepts, products and services
Development of relationships with local health and wellness non-profit organizations who may be able to support and provide diverse service for local agency programming
Professionally perform such other duties as may be determined by the Fund’s Executive Committee.
