Liberty Personnel Services is Hiring a Mechanical Estimator Near Parsippany, NJ
Mechanical Estimator- HVAC Estimator- MEP Estimator
Our client based in Morris County, New Jersey is actively seeking to add an Estimator with Mechanical experience to the organization. This is a full-time permanent staff role.
Qualified applicants will have:
- Experience estimating Mechanical HVAC Systems (Commercial/Industrial)
- Four (4) or more years of successful & profitable estimating experience in a Commercial HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, MEP, or related Manufacturers Rep industry setting with working knowledge of commercial and/or industrial HVAC mechanical systems
- Provide quantitative takeoffs, field labor costs, develop RFI’s, supplier, vendor, and subcontractor costs
- Review bid documents and RFPs to determine the scope of work and prepare estimates
- Ability to read project diagrams, blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Meet deadlines for estimates/bids
- Computer Proficient
- Strong communication & negotiation skills in a team-based setting
