The Medical Equipment Driver ensures that all our veteran’s equipment is delivered in a timely manner and the veteran is trained on its use and care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Performs delivery, set-up, pick-ups, and basic service repairs of products in a professional and in a timely manner.
• Ensures that all equipment or products are in good working order, properly loaded in van and all delivery or pickup paperwork is in order.
• Always provides a high level of customer service.
• Instructing patients on use and care of equipment.
• Completes minor repairs and assembly of equipment following manufacturer guidelines.
• Performs vehicle safety checks and monitors inventory, tools and first aid supplies.
• Ability to lift 50-115 pounds

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate from an accredited High School, or equivalent.

Experience and Knowledge

• Good Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Must be able to read and speak English fluently
• Responsible and Cooperative Attitude
• Basic Computer Skills
• Neat and clean personal appearance

Safety/Compliance

• “Clean” driving record - no points on license
• Submit to and pass criminal background check
• Must comply with all applicable OSHA safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
