Universal Energy Solutions is searching for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative at Universal Energy Solutions , you will be responsible for promoting our sustainable energy products and services, as well as establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers.

At Universal Energy Solutions , we are dedicated to providing environmentally-friendly solutions to our clients. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in educating customers about the benefits of our products, understanding their energy requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Sales experience in the energy industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their energy needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Promote and demonstrate our energy products and services to potential customers, emphasizing their value and benefits.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and management.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and technology.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
