Auto Mart USA is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling quality used vehicles while providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.

We are looking for all experience levels, although, we prefer experienced Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
• Understand and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers
• Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet sales targets
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, financing options, and dealership policies
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet customer needs and exceed sales goals
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge
• Utilize social media outlets to generate business and sales.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to effectively upsell products or services to meet sales goals
- Fluency in Spanish is HIGHLY PREFFERED
- Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Basic math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and commissions
