Leaps Gymnastics is a locally owned facility centered around teaching kids the fundamentals of sport through gymnastics!

Responsibilities:
- Provide gymnastics coaching and instruction to students of various ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement training programs and lesson plans
- Demonstrate proper techniques and skills for gymnastics exercises and routines
- Ensure the safety of all students during training sessions
- Motivate and encourage students to achieve their goals and improve their performance
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team practices and competitions
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment

Skills:
- Strong background in gymnastics, with experience in competitive gymnastics preferred
- Knowledge of various gymnastics apparatus, equipment, and routines
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate gymnastics techniques to students
- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with students, parents, and staff members
- Experience working with students in other sports or physical activities (e.g., cheerleading, swimming, basketball) is a plus
- Lifeguard certification is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
