Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor provides oversight to all levels of the Food & Beverage outlets to ensure its profitable operation, optimum guest satisfaction and return visits.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Uniforms
Uniforms will be specific to each outlet. All hair must be completely contained within the approved health standards. All hairstyles, body art and piercings must adhere to company policy to meet the needs of the health code and professional standards.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and/or moves up to 30 pounds and push, pull, or drags up to 100 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Indoor environment. This position regularly works indoors but may work outdoors in cold and/or extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet to moderate and may become excessively noisy at times. Will have contact with employees, external agencies and the public. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne practices, including second-hand environmental smoke. The employee may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve issues with extremely irate or difficult guests or staff members. The noise level in the work environment varies from light to moderate. Flashing lights from slot machines and band lighting.
