Partnership Resources, Inc., a non-profit disability services provider in the Twin Cities/West Metro area, is seeking a Designated Coordinator (or Program Coordinator) to lead and empower a team of Direct Support Professionals at our day program in St. Louis Park. The Designated Coordinator is a leadership position integral to achieving our vision that every person with disabilities thrives in an inclusive community. We are seeking an organized self-starter who can balance detail-oriented compliance work while compassionately mentoring their team to success.
This is a full-time non-exempt position with a work schedule of Monday Friday 8 AM 4 PM (40 hours per week). No nights, no weekends!
