Role: Full-Time Facilities Director - The Architect of Operational Excellence

grow is just as important as the curriculum itself. That’s why we’re on the lookout for a Facilities Director with the vision, skill,

and passion to maintain and enhance our school’s physical setting. If you have a knack for overseeing complex operations,

a heart for educational environments, and the leadership skills to manage a dynamic team, you could be the operational

hero we need.

Your Blueprint for Success:

• Strategic Overseer: Develop and execute a comprehensive facilities management strategy, ensuring our campus

is not only beautiful but functional, safe, and conducive to learning.

• Team Leader: Direct a dedicated team of maintenance, custodial, and security staff, fostering a culture of

excellence, responsiveness, and teamwork.

• Project Pioneer: Manage renovations, repairs, and new construction projects from blueprint to ribbon-cutting,

ensuring timely completion and fiscal responsibility.

• Safety Steward: Implement and maintain rigorous safety standards and emergency preparedness protocols,

ensuring a secure environment for all students and staff.

• Vendor Virtuoso: Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality

workmanship and value for the school.

Event Overseer: Provide set up and support for our many on and off campus events. Set up, security and

equipment.

• Exhibits proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coordinate, and manage a diverse team.

• Demonstrates exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
