Duties:
- Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees.
- Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
- Maintains quality service and operations by monitoring and reporting service, quality, and productivity levels; verifying and coordinating the distribution of monthly reports, commission statements, and checks; maintaining procedures and training manuals.
- Meets customer service standards by resolving operational problems; identifying customer service process improvements.
- Forwards information by sorting and distributing documents; verifying document identification; mailing outgoing documents; resolving exceptions.
- Disburses fees to agents by controlling countersigning process; coordinating information with licensing department.
- Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
