Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled X-ray Technician to join our medical team. As an X-ray Technician, you will be responsible for operating X-ray equipment to assist in the diagnosis of various medical conditions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute to patient care. Duties: - Perform diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray equipment - Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures - Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection measures - Operate and maintain imaging equipment effectively Qualifications: - Certification or Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology - State licensure as an X-ray Technician - Proficiency in medical terminology and diagnostic radiology procedures - Experience with medical imaging technologies such as CT, PET scans, mammography, and nuclear medicine - Knowledge of physiology and diagnostic evaluation techniques - Familiarity with working in a Level II Trauma Center is a plus Join our team as an X-ray Technician to utilize your expertise in medical imaging and contribute to providing high-quality patient care.
