This is a full-time role for a Litigation Associate located in Paramus, NJ. The Litigation Associate should have 2-5 years of experience and will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks including conducting legal research, drafting motions, preparing for and attending depositions, and representing clients in court. The Litigation Associate will work closely with colleagues across practice groups to devise effective strategies and solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong background in law, including knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Experience conducting legal research and drafting motions
• Familiarity with deposition procedures and techniques
• Ability to represent clients in court and argue effectively on their behalf
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues and clients
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar or ability to become admitted within a reasonable timeframe

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
