A Dispatcher is responsible for assisting?operations to?support drivers of our fast-paced organization efficiently and effectively.?
Responsibilities:
- Manages drivers during extended coverage?shifts.??
- Continuously monitor the GPS System to track Service Technicians on service calls.
- Accurately enters?data into company computer systems while ensuring efficiency.
- Escalates?and/ or resolves?problems per guidelines while demonstrating high resource utilization.
- Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.?
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.?
- Basic?knowledge of?motor carrier operations and geography??
- Proficient communicator in both English and Spanish language??
