Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes using spray equipment
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Remove fixtures and hardware as needed before painting
- Ensure proper ventilation in work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear when necessary
- Clean and maintain painting equipment

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Painter or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment
- Ability to work with drywall, plaster, and other building materials
- Experience in remodeling projects is a plus
- Proficient in caulking and performing basic math calculations
- Fixture installation experience is beneficial
- Ability to restore surfaces to their original condition
