We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance / Controls Technician to become an integral part of our team! You will perform controls programming and troubleshooting duties in the Industrial Automation Field including but not limited to the following industries: Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Military Agricultural and Entertainment. Responsibilities and qualifications are:
Responsibilities:
- Lead a maintenance of 30 members in the below activity
Start up and debug of new systems - Developing and leading maintenance of existing production equipment (troubleshooting and preventative)
- Equipment guarding evaluation
- Optimization of processes
- Problem solving existing systems
- Production support
- Must be able to travel
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the maintenance or controls field
- Excellent personal and communication skills
- Demonstrated team leadership
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- HMI programming and troubleshooting is a bonus
- Rockwell PLC programming, Siemens TIA Portal experience is a bonus
- Safety PLC programming is a bonus
- Robot programming experience is a bonus
