Trinity Christian College seeks a full-time Admissions Representative. The Admissions Representative is directly responsible for the management of a designated caseload of prospective students with the primary goal of supporting students through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will have a love for Christian higher education and a strong desire to walk with incoming students through their college discernment process.
The essential duties and responsibilities of these positions include but are not limited to the following:
A Bachelor’s degree from and accredited institution is required. Prior experience at a Christian liberal arts institution and/or in the areas of admissions, marketing, or sales preferred. Trinity Christian College alum preferred. Experience utilizing an admissions CRM, such as Slate, preferred.
The Admissions Representative works across campus departments and engages with external contacts to ensure the recruitment process and experience is smooth, effective, and continually improving. Admissions representatives work independently and in conjunction with the Director to make admissions decision and judgements related to the student recruitment process. The position also engages with prospective families, students, alumni, schools, and other key constituents throughout the recruitment process.
