The Manager on Duty has the overall responsibility for the safety at the pool as well as to oversee and manage the operations and activities/events of the Team Sheeper facilities during evening, weekend and holiday hours. The Manager on Duty will provide routine walks through the facility, assist with room set ups, assist in maintenance of the facility, help and assist, when necessary, to provide coverage in others areas of the facility to ensure that quality customer service is provided at all times, provide guidance to employees, to have the ability and ensure the facility is properly secured each evening to safeguard the facility from theft and vandalism. This position reports to the General Manager.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Manager on Duty must be able to work independently, often with limited/no supervision or direction; adhere to safety procedures, practices and policies of the Team Sheeper; establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the general public; communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Excellent customer service skills are a must. The Manager on Duty is responsible for the overall safety of the pool, as well as managerial, administrative, facility, aquatics, systems, communications and leadership duties.
