Job Description :
The Hub Practice Support Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and enforcing policies, processes, and procedures in order to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of value-added services to internal customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Operations :
- Oversee day-to-day operations and enforce policies, processes, and procedures.
- Assist Hub Practice Group Manager with work product audits to ensure the highest levels of quality and efficiency while adhering to Hub best practices.
- Collaborate with Hub Practice Support Manager to ensure the effective utilization of Hub practice support resources.
- Ensure ServiceNow data is up-to-date to guarantee continued workflow efficiency for Workflow Coordinators and Hub Practice Group Team Members.
- Provide backup coverage to Workflow Coordinators and Hub quick-turn document support as needed.
Supervision :
- Ensure team provides outstanding service, while building strong customer relationships.
- Facilitate practice group and specialty team training.
- Report attendance and / or performance issues to Hub Practice Support Manager.
- Coordinate workflow within the team, prioritizing jobs and delegating Hub requests to various resources within the Hub.
- Act as primary contact for questions related to scheduling and PTO.
- Maintain employee timesheets.
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
- Demonstrated ability to direct the performance of assigned employees.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships throughout operational groups.
- Demonstrated administrative skills such as organizing, coordinating, and listening for effective supervision of clerical support.
- Ability to counsel with employees, demonstrating confidentiality and resourcefulness.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior workflow coordinating experience required.
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, accrued paid time off plan starting at 20 days annually, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.
