As asenior member of the Product Operations team, and reporting to our Director, Product Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of our product development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Marketing, and Sales, to define and streamline processes, enhance product quality, and drive continuous improvement. 

Location preference: Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA or Palo Alto, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational cadence for the Product organization, working closely with leaders to create effective work processes. 
  • Will be responsible for a set of Product and platform capabilities and ensuring all aspects of the Product delivery lifecycle are followed. Managing deliverables and milestones from partner teams end to end till Product or platform capabilities are live in production. 
  • Oversee end-to-end activities for product development initiatives, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and deliverables are defined. You will work closely with Product, Technical Program Management (TPM), Engineering, Delivery, Product Marketing, Sales, and other functional leaders to coordinate plans, monitor progress, and proactively address any roadblocks to keep it on track. 
  • Act as a bridge between different teams, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration. You will align stakeholders' expectations, ensure everyone is on the same page regarding product requirements, and identify and resolve interdepartmental dependencies. 
  • Continuously assess and optimize product development processes. Identify areas of improvement, implement best practices, and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market. 
  • Developing, managing, and communicating analytics in order to evaluate processes, communicate data trends and create measurements (including KPIs) for short term and strategic reporting.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to product development and project management tools. Apply this knowledge to enhance team performance and drive innovation within the organization. 
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in operations, project management, or related role, preferably in a high-scale production environment, with a proven track record of successfully coordinating and managing complex projects within Product organization. 
  • Strong leadership and partner skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams effectively. 
  • Proven experience in collaboration and ability to secure alignment, ensure product plans are on track and all teams are working towards common goal of excellence 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, listening skills, willing to take feedback from up and down the organization, and peers, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, across different offices. 
  • Experience communicating technical and non-technical concepts to various stakeholders in order to successfully innovate, execute and address priorities 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in bringing best in class thinking to the role. Work across multiple time zones and ability to adapt to dynamic environment. 
  • Ability to bring product analytics best practice thinking – creating, developing, and iterating overtime to improve Product delivery. 
  • Experience with Aha! and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is preferred 
  • High degree of integrity, reliability and proven ability to build trust 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

$124,900 - $140,000 a year
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary hiring range for this position is:
California: $140,000 base to $145,454 10% target variable
Non- California: $124,900 base to $140,000 10% target variable
The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
