S&R Egg Farm is a family owned company that started in 1958 and has grown into a major egg producer in the state of Wisconsin. We are currently looking to add technicians to our staff at both shop locations located in Waukesha and Palmyra/Whitewater area. This position will help maintain and repair our fleet of over 150 vehicles. This is a full time first shift position, Monday through Friday and an occasional Saturday.

- Driveline Repair

-Fabrication and Welding Experience

- A/C Certification

- Air Brake Certification

Requirements:

- Must have a valid US driver license

- Must have own tools

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly

- Minimum 2 year mechanical experience preferred

- Must be able to perform D.O.T. inspection on class 8 tractor-trailer

Daily Job Description:

Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment diesel or gasoline in our fleet which also includes D.O.T. inspections. Perform all types of repairs on drivetrains, electrical systems, hydraulic systems and everything else in between. This will include some welding and fabricating. Have the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair in a timely manner. The ability to take direction from supervisor and maintain friendly work environment.

Pay will be based off of experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
