Highland Spirit Cheer is looking for Assistant Cheerleading Coach to join our team in Palmdale, CA.
Job Description
The assistant cheerleading coach is responsible for the training, development, and management of the cheerleading team. The assistant coach will be responsible for helping training the members and assisting the head coach. The coach will work closely with the head coach and the captin on a daily basis to ensure that all team members are performing at their highest level.
Responsibilities:
·Coaching and developing all aspects of the cheerleading program (coaching techniques, fitness, performance, and safety)
·Motivating and motivating team members through positive reinforcement and examples
·Guiding team members through a comprehensive training process that includes pre-determined routines, game plans, and feedback
·Developing and implementing a positive behavior training process that is consistent with the company’s policies and procedures
·Maintaining a cleanliness standard in all areas of the facility including gyms, locker rooms, bathrooms, and general cleanliness
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,305.00 - $1,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 6 – 15 per week
