Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
Relationship Management : Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Sales Support : Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide customers with additional information about new products and services that best suit their needs
Referral Generation : Generate new business by asking each customer for referrals.
Requirement
- Licensing : Must possess or be willing to attain a Property & Causality and / or Life & Health insurance license
- Bilingual - Spanish and English required
- Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is an asset.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Adaptability : Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work environment.
