International Planning and M&A
DUE DILIGENCE – Assist our client with post-integration M&A work as well as international tax planning.
SHORT OR LONG TERM ASSIGNMENT- This assignment is expected to be a minimum of 3 months in duration, working 40 hours per week. This can be done remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
Move joint ventures into new countries post-integration
Manage international supply chain restructuring
Requirements:
- Recent experience handling joint ventures from a US and International tax perspective
- Understand business objectives for post-acquisition integration
- Experience partnering with the transfer pricing team and risk management team on potential IP planning opportunities
- Strong international tax planning background around internal restructuring
- Experience creating loss to offset gains, large-scale consolidations, Subpart F
