Joseph's Classic Market is a premier destination for fine foods, artisanal products, and exceptional customer service. We strive to provide the communities we serve with the highest quality gourmet foods and an unforgettable shopping experience. We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our brand and customer base.
Routine Tasks:
- Creating and managing the marketing calendar
- Manage multiple social media pages and paid ads
- Content creation - Photography, videography, and graphic design
- Create Weekly and Weekend Specials flyers in coordination with purchasing and operations departments - currently using Canva
- Manage In Store Signage - digital and physical signage
- Create and manage email blasts - currently using Mailchimp
- Manage Google and Yelp reviews
- Influencer Management
- Coordinate events
- Coordinate with PR
- Create and execute action plans to complete new projects
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns and create monthly reporting and analytics package
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Graphic design experience using Canva
- Email marketing experience using Mailchimp
- 3 years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
