Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Painter to join our team. The Lead Painter will be responsible for overseeing painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes, and coordinating with team members to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces and apply paint with airless paint spraying equipment
- Perform plaster and concrete finishing as needed
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for painting and carpentry tasks
- Conduct trim carpentry work to enhance the overall finish
- Restore and maintain various surfaces through painting techniques
- Coordinate with team members to build and complete projects efficiently

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Capability to restore, build, and maintain surfaces effectively

Pay: $18.83 - $22.68 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
