Job SummaryThe Veterinary Technician/Assistant will assist the veterinarian in providing medical care to animals. They will perform various tasks such as administering medication, taking x-rays, and assisting in surgeries. The Veterinary Technician/Assistant will also interact with clients and provide education on animal care.
Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarian in medical procedures
- Administer medication and vaccines
- Take x-rays and perform laboratory tests
- Assist in surgeries
- Provide education to clients on animal care
- Maintain medical records
- Clean and maintain equipment and facilities

- High school diploma or equivalent
