Job Overview:
The We are seeking a Community Liaison. This position is one of the most visible in the community. More than anything, this position will entail personal contact with residents and owners and as such will require exemplary verbal and written communication abilities to aid in the process of education regarding common interest communities. The incumbent will be responsible for subdivision inspection, reporting, processing and follow-up of property violations. One of the most important aspects of this position is to be a facilitator whose goal should be to creatively assist owners in finding solutions to bring their properties back into compliance, before a situation turns into a violation. In addition, the incumbent will be researching and disseminating information to assist homeowners on a variety of topics.
- Educate the community about our organization's mission, programs, and services
- Market organizational events and activities to increase community involvement
- Provide administrative support for community-related tasks
- Lead project efforts for community-based initiatives
- Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of community programs
- Demonstrate leadership in representing the organization within the community
Experience:
- Proven experience in code enforcement, outreach, or related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse community members
