- Must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance.
- Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures
- Attend scheduled meetings as necessary
- Must adhere to local and State Licensing Laws and Regulations.
- Must adhere to local and State Sanitizing laws.
- Cross promote other Spa and Resort Experiences
- Must be extremely dependable with strong work ethic.
- Possess strong interpersonal abilities.
- This position is required to work Weekends and Holidays
- Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met in the
- Must be able to communicate effectively with The Springs Resort
- Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle
- Must be customer service oriented and be able to greet guests in a
- Participate in any activity deemed necessary for the normal
- Coordinate with Spa Manager and Human Resources on projects
- Communicate effectively with Spa Manager, Spa Receptionists, Therapists and Estheticians
- Must have a High School Diploma/GED.
- Must have current State License.
- Must perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with The Springs Resort staff and Management.
- Must be customer service oriented and be able to greet guests in a professional and friendly manner creating an excellent guest experience.
- Must be able to push 50lbs. Will be required to work evenings, weekends and Holidays. Experience in Spa and/or Hospitality a plus but not required.
- Must adhere to all policies, procedures and safety regulations set forth by The Springs Resort
