Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental office or medical administrative support, with proficiency in scheduling software such as Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently - Manage and maintain appointment calendars for multiple providers - Communicate appointment details to patients and staff - Ensure accurate entry of patient information into the scheduling system - Handle patient inquiries regarding appointments and scheduling changes - Collaborate with medical staff to optimize appointment scheduling Requirements: - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a dental office or medical setting - Familiarity with scheduling software such as Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience with electronic health records systems like Epic is a plus - Understanding of medical records management and confidentiality protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
