Hours: Flexible
- Own your day, flexible schedule with 70% in-home, in-person consultations in San Francisco and 30% work from home for follow up and scheduling
- Base salary commission bonuses, great income potential with a commission structure that allows for higher earnings with more sales, and bonuses for reaching sales goals
- NO cold calling, qualified sales calls only, the clients ask for our services

- NO cold calling! Our clients come to us and set their appointments based on your schedule.
- You’ll offer in-home consultations to help clients find the solutions that make them happy in their homes.
- You follow the clients’ project from end to end, processing their orders and coordinating the installers.
- To be successful, you are detail oriented, a great communicator, personable, creative and have an interest in color and/or interior design.
- We offer proven training methods!No previous design experience is needed, we offer paid training with our Budget Blinds product experts, and in-home training with our local team. You are supported through the entire training and selling cycle.
- Huge support from Budget Blinds corporate at all times. We have technicians, product specialists and managers ready to help with any questions or support you may need during the selling process.
- 2 years of sales experience, preferred
- Excellent, clean driving record, required
- Excellent written correspondence skills
- Strong math skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must be able to climb stairs and lift 20lbs.
- Measure overhead and while on a 6-foot ladder
- Honest, respectful and service oriented required
- Must be based in or near San Francisco
- Experience with window coverings including drapery is helpful
- An interest in interior design such as fabrics, colors and textures
- Experience with a CRM
