Farr Law Firm is looking for experienced and detailed oriented Real Estate Processor for their Punta Gorda office. This position will be responsible to prepare various closing documents which include an overview and understanding of Contracts, Title Orders and title commitments, have patience to assist buyers & sellers throughout the closing process, work with lenders to prepare buyer’s loan packages, organize the file for closing day and coordinate the closing date with all parties including realtors. Communicate in a friendly and professional demeanor with co-workers, real estate professionals, sellers and buyers.

Candidate Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Real estate closing experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Above average proofreading skills
• Notary Public

Desirable:

• Working knowledge of various software applications including Clio, NetDocuments, Client Profiles, Juris and DoubleTime
• Technical knowledge of computer systems and networks
• Florida Registered Paralegal or graduate of paralegal program or equivalent
