A branded property in the Poughkeepsie area is looking to bring on a polished and energetic General Manager to the team, as the current one is being promoted to a higher level position. This premiere hospitality company has been rapidly expanding with now more than 20 hotels in its portfolio and is positioned for even more growth! This role will oversee operations across the hotel and will be tasked with training and developing the staff and leadership team while delivering a remarkable guest experience.
This is a great opportunity for seasoned GM or even a strong AGM ready to take on the next step!
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 base, 25% bonus program, health/dental insurance, 401k with company match, PTO, sick pay, and much more!
